Yuma Exploration and Production Company, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Yuma Companies, Inc. (“Yuma”), is located in Houston, Texas. Yuma was formed in 1983 for the purpose of generating and selling high quality exploration opportunities to major and independent oil and gas companies. Yuma’s strategy is to develop prospects where the regional geological framework and prospect level subsurface details are integrated with 3-D seismic to form a complete prospect picture.
