Texas Southeastern Gas Gathering Company previously owned and operated several gathering systems in south Texas, including 68 miles of 2” to 6” gathering lines, 89 meter stations and four compressor stations.

Yuma, through its subsidiary Texas Southeastern Gas Company, also previously owned and operated pipeline facilities in the rural areas around Houston, Texas, including over 150 miles of pipe interconnected with six major interstate and intrastate pipelines. The Company’s field operations group consisted of 12 employees located in Bellville, Texas, and customers in its service area included 11 cities in 8 counties, as well as colleges, state facilities and 15 industrial users.
