Mr. Hartman is a Texas Tech alumnus, graduating with a B.S.E.E. degree in 1982. He started his career with Shell E&P in Houston. During his initial 14 years at Shell, Mr. Hartman held a variety of positions, including geophysical interpreter, special projects processor, processing manager and seismic crew party chief. In 1996, Mr. Hartman joined Meridian Resources as a Staff Geophysicist, and eventually was promoted to V.P. of Exploration. In 2001, Mr. Hartman rejoined Shell E&P as Senior Staff Geophysicist in Houston, where he managed the South Texas Exploration team. Mr. Hartman has been with Yuma since 2004. (Experience: 27 years)
