Mr. Sprunger joined Yuma in 1996 with responsibility for finance, accounting and administration. He earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1974 and a MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota in 1991. Mr. Sprunger began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in their management consulting practice during 1974. Since 1980, Mr. Sprunger has held positions with Blocker Energy Corporation (Director of MIS), AN-SON Corporation (Controller), Terry Companies (Chief Financial Officer), St. Paul Oil and Gas Corporation (Vice President, Controller), TGX Corporation (Comptroller) and Horizon Companies (Chief Financial Officer). Mr. Sprunger holds CPA certificates from Texas and Oklahoma. (Experience: 35 years)
