Our managers and technical team members, on average, have been working together at Yuma for 10 years and have over 35 years of industry experience.  This brings a vast breadth of knowledge to Yuma, enabling the Company to make quality investment decisions over a wide range of oil and gas opportunities.  It also allows the Company to operate its projects from drilling phase through production and marketing of crude oil and natural gas, which affords Yuma discretion over the timing of its investments and serves to reduce operating costs and maximize its operating profit margins.
